BRYAN POPE
Background and Education
Bryan Pope was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 26, 1966. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. He attended Southern Methodist University School of Law from which he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1993. During law school, Mr. Pope was a member of the International Moot Court team as well as the school’s Mock Trial team. He also was an editor of the International Law Review.
Bar Admissions
Mr. Pope is admitted to practice before the Texas Supreme Court and all state district and appellate courts. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Pope concentrates his practice in the area of serious personal injury litigation and wrongful death cases. The specific areas of practice include automobile and truck accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, premises liability, and construction site accidents.
Organizations and Affiliations
Mr. Pope is a member of the Texas State Bar and Dallas Bar Associations. He is also a member and serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and is a member and serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
